The cell room was small. It had no bars, no locks and no doors. Each of it's walls were a exquisite silken tapestry, decorated with the most intrincated patterns I had seen. I never thought the prison would be so luxurious. The floor and outer walls were made of gold, and they were so shiny, that a single candlelight could light the whole room perfectly.
I was dressed myself with a robe, simpler than the tapestries around me, but I still could tell it was more luxurious than anything I had worn before. I had a paper in my hand, that stated that my name was "Su, the Atom".
I could hear the warden steps by the hallway. I knew it was the time to use the power I had been granted since birth, but I had to use it well: I could only summon that power once in my life. Considering the situation, I thought it was well worth it, so I stood on the middle of my cell and closed my eyes. I could still see with them closed just as with them opened, so I knew everything was going according to plan.
A blue flash made the silk curtains swirl violently. Everything was silent, just as I had commanded it to be. The flash started moving blindingly fast, until I knew it had found the warden. There were no screams, there was no disturbance. I knew it had made what it had come to do, and had done a marvelous job. It was now free of any kind of obligations to me. And, true, I was now completely alone.
I peeked my head outside my cell, and realized it was true. Alone as I was, I got out to the right, following the hallway. I reached a very wide spiral staircase, made in an incredibly fine wood. I went down slowly to find myself in a room with a size I could not phatom. It was a gargantuan living room, with furniture, tapestries and other commodities spread all around it in a very orderly fashion, like it were a gigantic community room of sorts. Each piece was incredibly detailed and was made of the best materials possible. Even astonished as I was, I knew I had to tend to more urgent matters, and I kept walking until I found a wall close to me.
It was a common door, slightly cracked, and needed a hand of paint. Below me there were several creatures, very similar to stuffed humanoids. They had no features other than skin color and two eyes and a slit that could barely called as a mouth. They were trying to squeeze themselves below the door, and many had already achieved that goal. One of them told me that that process cannot be made by force, and pointed some of its companions. They lied there, with their limbs ripped apart, and their stuffing was damp with some coloidal fluid.
Now that I had been instructed how to do it, I could continue my path. I turned myself into one of the stuffed humanoids and squeezed myself down the door. In the space between the door and the floor, there was a constant flux of water. It ried to flow inside the room, but for some reason it started spiraling back inside the door. I was careful not to go on the center of that spiral and made it through the door.
The other side was dark, with an eerie purple lighting. Everything was silent. I had no need to breath. I focused my attention in moving as softly as possible. A single movement with my leg could thrust me in the right direction, so I didn't find it hard to move in the almost ingravid medium I was in.
I kept moving forward, down this tube of huge proportions. It looked organic, with pink, wrinkled walls, and the liquid I was swimming in, even if I knew it was thick, allowed me to move freely. There were tendrils coming out of the walls of this organic passage, as well as some featureless heads, which didn't startle me at all, because I knew the tube had to keep himself informed of its surroundings. I kept repeating to myself that I had to stay close to the roof here.
Eventually, i got to an almost impossibly large cavern. I kept swimming close to the roof, so I could see everything below me. Even despite the poor lighting, I could see very clearly the entire cities that lied below me. I knew they weren't in ruins. Of course, there was no people there, but somehow the cities were pristine inside the cavern. I looked ahead of me and then I saw it: a colossal heart, beating inside the cavern, filling the space with each diastole. I knew I had to go beyond it to reach my goal, and the fact that even dilated the heart could not feel the space above it, served my purpose. I kept swimming calmly past this enormous heart, and finally reached the other side.
I saw a city below me. I suddenly felt pushed towards it, but I wasn't worried. I knew my destiny was close, and I started swimming along the push. I was getting closer to a building, that had no windows nor doors. This allowed me to get in easily, and reach the room from where the light that illuminated my entire path was in...

I'm not quite sure what to say about this (I am sadly the wrong person to ask about good critique)
part of me really like it, you have included a lot of details that truly makes the reader imagine the sorounding envorment. However, it also confuses me (but that is to be expected, after all, it is your dream, not mine)
you have also managed to portrait the emotions you feel while going through this dream, which is good, because it makes the story more belivable.
all in all...it's a great work (it just left me a little confused
